TracMap provides the high value food sector with an integrated solution for tasking vehicles, providing guidance in vehicle to complete the task, as well as reporting on task completion. This is done by combining a web based platform (TracMap Online), which communicates with a TracMap developed n in vehicle GPS guidance system. The two combine to ensure the right task is done in the right location, at the right time, while providing critical traceability reports, as well as improved efficiency. Originally developed for the New Zealand Agricultural sector, TracMap has expanded rapidly to provide solutions in New Zealand, Australia and United States for Agricultural, Viticulture and Horticultural sectors, with systems in some of the largest food producers. TracMap has significant growth objectives.

What the Business needs:

Customer Support Internship
You will provide high-quality support to customers and staff, supporting their use, and the performance of TracMap’s hardware and software solutions. Your key tasks will include:
 Respond to incoming calls, emails and other messages from customers seeking support with TracMap’s hardware and software and give them the right answers and directions. Gain an understanding of the key areas of functionality of TracMap’s software and hardware in order to assist customers with their problems. Prioritise problems that arise, including following the incident response process for critical issues.  Display excellent customer service while maintaining TracMap’s rapport and reputation with the customer. Document support cases, including customer contact details, so that we have good data and statistics around customer issues.  Other related tasks as required relationships. This role is part of the Support Team and reports to the Help Desk Team Lead Specific abilities. Ability to diagnose issues based on limited information, establishing clear steps to reproduce. Ability to work well with dissatisfied customers, achieving a good outcome. Ability to convey complex information in an easily understood way. Ability to manage priorities and deliver to a deadline.  Ability to work under pressure. Ability to use initiative.  Ability to follow a process and report effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and task management skills.
