Customer Support Assistants (Inbound)
Key responsibilities: Answering emails in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting/problem solving, answering reception calls (through 8x8), supporting Sales/Implementation team members (winging calls, writing follow-up notes and booking in calls), creating/updating support documents (used by the Education Perfect team and teachers).
Key responsibilities: Create and format spread sheets of students’ names, upload spread sheets into our system, identify and correct existing errors, maintain accuracy and speed.
